Linda Bassett, Frances de la Tour, Nicholas le Prevost Set for Alan Bennett’s People
London’s National Theatre has confirmed casting for Alan Bennett’s new play, People, according to a report on WhatsOnStage.com. Nicholas Hytner will direct the production, which will play the Lyttleton in October.
Three-time Olivier Award winner Frances de la Tour will star, with the cast also featuring Linda Bassett, Selina Cadell, Peter Egan, and Nicholas le Prevost.
