Raising Hope's Martha Plimpton Makes Her Move From Broadway to the West End in Other Desert Cities

Three-time Tony nominee and Drama Desk Award winner Martha Plimpton is now across the pond making her West End debut in Jon Robin Baitz's Other Desert Cities at The Old Vic.
Plimpton made her Broadway debut in 2004 in Eliam Kraiem's drama Sixteen Wounded and later went on to earn Tony nominations for her performances in The Coast of Utopia, Top Girls, and Pal Joey. Her additional Broadway credits include the 2006 production of Conor McPherson's Shining City and the 2007 revival of Shakespeare's Cymbeline. Plimpton has also been nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards for her current leading role on the Fox series Raising Hope and for her guest appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and The Good Wife. She has also appeared on a number of other popular television series including Medium, Grey's Anatomy, and Fringe.
