Royal Court Theatre Announces Casting for Laura Wade’s Posh

Casting has been announced for the Royal Court Theatre‘s premiere of Laura Wade’s Posh, to run April 9 – May 22. Lyndsey Turner will direct the production.

Posh focuses on the fictional ‘Riot Club’, an elite student dining society at Oxford. The company will feature Leo Bill, Fiona Button, Jolyon Coy, David Dawson, Richard Goulding, Harry Hadden-Paton, Kit Harington, Henry Lloyd-Hughes, Charlotte Lucas, Joshua Mcguire, Tom Mison, James Norton, Daniel Ryan, and Simon Shepherd.

The creative team will include Anthony Ward (production design), Paule Constable (lighting design) and David McSeveney (sound design).

Wade won the Critics’ Circle Award for Most Promising Playwright for Breathing Corpses. Her other credits include Other Hands, Colder Than Here and the forthcoming Alice, a response to Lewis Carroll, which premieres at Sheffield Crucible next summer.
