Lookingglass to Premiere David Schwimmer and Andy Bellin’s Trust

Lookingglass Theatre Company will present Trust, written by David Schwimmer and Andy Bellin, based on the screenplay by Bellin and Rob Festinger, March 3-April 25, with an opening set for March 13. Schwimmer will co-direct the production with Heidi Stillman.

The play concerns a seemingly innocent online encounter that threatens to unravel the fabric of an American family.

Schwimmer also directed a film version of Trust. As an actor, he has appeared on Broadway in The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial and is a company member of Lookingglass Theatre. His theater directing credits include the Off-Broadway production of Stephen Belber’s Fault Lines. He is best known for his work as Ross on the hit sitcom Friends.
