Andrea Bocelli to Launch My Christmas National Tour in December; Heather Headley to Guest Star

Andrea Bocelli will launch a national tour of My Christmas with a performance at Madison Square Garden on December 2. The tour will coincide with the November 9 release of a CD/DVD deluxe package of My Christmas, which will include the 2009 double-platinum CD of the same name and a DVD of the PBS special based on the disc.

The other scheduled engagements for the My Christmas tour are the Prudential Center in Newark (December 4), the TD Bank Arena in Boston (December 5), the Toyota Center in Houston (December 8), the Staples Center in Los Angeles (December 10), and the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas (December 11).

The concert will feature music from My Christmas as well as selections from Bocelli’s other recordings. He will be joined on the tour by conductor Eugene Kohn as well as featured soprano Alexia Voulgaridou, and special guest, Tony Award winner Heather Headley.
