Fiddlehead Theatre Company kicks off its 21st season with a production of West Side Story, beginning performances October 16 at Boston's historic Strand Theatre.
The musical features a classic score by Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim, with a book by Arthur Laurents. The cast also stars Waldemar Quinones-Villanueva as Bernardo, Theo Lencicki as Riff, and Pamela Turpen as Anita.
The production will be costumed and directed by Stacey Stephens, with original choreography recreated by Wendy Hall, and music direction by Charles Peltz, who will conduct a 22-piece orchestra.
