Based on George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion, My Fair Lady tells the story of an arrogant and crotchety phonetics professor who transforms a spirited Cockney flower girl into an elegant, proper-speaking English lady.
Broadway veteran Rick Hilsabeck will star as professor Henry Higgins alongside his real-life wife Sarah Pfisterer, who will play Eliza Doolittle. The cast will also feature R. Michael Wresinski (Colonel Pickering), Jerry Walker (Alfred P. Doolittle), Robert St. Laurence (Freddy Eynsford-Hill), Donna Sorbello (Mrs. Higgins); Beth Gotha (Mrs. Pierce), and Rick Sherburne (Zoltan Karpathy).
Jeffrey P. Leonard will conduct the 26-piece orchestra. Choreographer Susan Chebookjian will recreate Hanya Holm's original Tony Award-nominated choreography, and Joe Michenzie will adapt Cecil Beaton's original Tony Award-winning costumes.
