The festival will include works by Veronica Barron & Company, Bright Lights & Burning Nights Old Time Circus & Traveling Road Show, imaginary beasts, New Exhibition Room, Phoenix Theatre Artists, This and That Theatre Company, and Whistler in the Dark.
