Stephen Sondheim, considered one of Broadway’s greatest composers, examines life, love, and relationships in this groundbreaking musical about a bachelor named Robert and his friends, all of whom are various stages of coupledom. The music of Sondheim never disappoints, and the book by George Furth paints vivid, realistic characters who discover that while marriage and relationships may not be easy, they are ultimately worthwhile.
