Sarasota Contemporary Dance closes its 21st season of Raíces y Vuelos with a powerful reawakening of its celebrated collaboration with enSRQ—returning for the first time in over five years in a bold, expanded, and immersive new form. Set within the historic Sarasota Opera House, this one-of-a-kind work brings together rhythm, dance, and song from around the world in a lively exchange of movement and music, developed with Samantha Bennett and George Nickson, and choreographed by Leymis Bolaños Wilmott. Featuring a striking site-responsive scenic installation by St. Petersburg-based multidisciplinary artist Sharon McCaman, the evening transforms the stage into an electrifying space of reinvention and connection. The season culminates in two performances inviting audiences to experience a rare and unforgettable convergence of artistry, collaboration, and live creation.
