About the Show
Urinetown, the story of two kids who fall in love in a city in the middle of a water shortage, won the 2003 Tony Awards for Best Direction (John Rando), Best Book (Greg Kotis), and Best Music and Lyrics (Kotis, Mark Hollmann.) This musical comedy is a tale of greed, corruption, love, and revolution in a city where water is worth its weight in gold.
