R.U.R & The Insect Play
R.U.R. is a science fiction play from 1920. In it, a robot rebellion threatens the existence of the human race. Written by Karel Capek, R.U.R. introduced the term “robots” to the world. The Insect Play, also by Capek, explores the cycle of life from birth to maturity to reproduction to death. Both works have been adapted by James Guckin.
