About This Show

A woman suffering from insomnia sees a dead body in an empty house across a courtyard. Thus begins Night Watch, a play that is a masterpiece of suspense, written by the author of Sorry, Wrong Number. The body disappears before anyone can be summoned to see it. The woman, Elaine Wheeler has been under heavy emotional strain. When the police find nothing, doubts grow that she has seen anything. Then a second body is seen. Again, the police find nothing. Elaine?s husband and her best friend begin to doubt her sanity. But mysterious people arrive on the scene and sinister events seem to bear out her story.
