About the Show
A.R. Gurney’s The Dining Room compresses over 50 years of WASP family life into 18 scenes of a single day. The action begins in the 1920s with Father teaching a lesson in values over morning breakfast and concludes with a present-day woman wistfully dreaming of the perfect dinner party. Jeff Bennett directs.
Performances are on September 12, 13, 18 and 19 at 6:30 p.m.
