The Cat’s Meow

This East Coast premiere of The Cat’s Meow by Steven Peros, is a play with music that explores the mysterious 1924 death aboard the yacht of William Randolph Hearst. Take a cruise with silent film star Marion Davies, Charlie Chaplin, Hollywood producer Thomas Ince, gossip-monger Louella Parsons and a host of Hollywood glitterati. Live music is provided by vocal specialist Barbara Rosene, with Conal Fowkes on piano and Orange Kellen on clarinet. Ed Dennehy directs.
