Vocalist Lucille Carr-Kaffashan won the 2017 Bistro Award for Outstanding Theme Show for Unwritten, Celebrating 21st-Century Female Singer-Songwriters. This cabaret show features a mix of joyful, touching, thought-provoking, and laughter-inducing 21st-century songs written by outstanding artists such as Adele, Annie Lennox, Sara Bareilles, Susan Werner, Meghan Trainor, Taylor Swift, and Tracy Chapman. The program reflects the voices of women in their 20s as well as those in their 60s and every decade in between, opening a window to the hearts and minds of contemporary women. Carr-Kaffashan is joined by three award-winning musicians: Jeff Cubeta on piano, Sean Harkness on guitar, and Matt Scharfglass on bass.
