Steps Beyond presents The Creative Process Unraveled, Part 3, a panel discussion on the inspiration for and the creation of choreography. The evening’s panel includes Christopher Wheeldon, Resident Choreographer of New York City Ballet; Tony Stevens, who recently recreated the Fosse choreography for Chita Rivera: The Dancer’s Life; and Dwight Rhoden, Artistic Director of Complexions Dance Company. Each choreographer brings a special guest — dancer, designer, composer — to discuss the nuances of a collaborative relationship. The panel is moderated by Wendy Perron, Editor-in-Chief of Dance Magazine.
