About the Show

The second annual Sundance Institute at BAM series presents 21 feature films and 27 short films, including twelve award winners from the 2007 Sundance Film Festival and twelve New York premieres. The series also includes six nights of theater and music performances featuring work supported by Sundance Institute’s theater and film music programs, such as a concert preview of Mabou Mines’ highly anticipated theater project, Song for New York. Other programming highlights include lively post-screening discussions with filmmakers, a unique panel discussion with influential documentary filmmakers, and a full day of short film screenings and discussions with Sundance Film Festival program directors.
