The Broadway Boys

About the Show

Made up of the hottest male talents gracing the New York stage, The Broadway Boys include Danny Calvert (Altar Boyz), Steve Morgan (Good Vibrations), Maurice Murphy (Spelling Bee), Jesse Nager (Mary Poppins), Josh Strickland (Tarzan) & Daniel Torres (The Pirate Queen).

Created by Jesse Nager in 2005 for a one-off club performance, the overwhelming response from the sold-out crowd led to by-demand return engagements, and, within weeks, the formalization of a performance group dedicated to mixing pop, jazz, gospel, and funk elements with Broadway standards. Performing in groups of six, The Broadway Boys are able explore harmonies rarely presented by Broadway singers and create their signature “Symphony of Sound.”

Since their inception over two years ago, The Broadway Boys have performed at celebrated venues including Joe’s Pub; The Cutting Room; and The Weston Playhouse, Vermont’s oldest professional theater – as well as at numerous charitable benefits, including Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS; Toys for Tots; and the United Nations Association HERO Campaign.
