About the Show
New York theater company Les Freres Corbusier brings the USA premiere of a new rock and roll play about the life and failed presidency of Warren G. Harding, President Harding is a Rock Star, to the stage. The show explores issues of American identity through a surrealist portrait of President Harding imagined as a fallen rock star. The play is historically accurate but not historically cast: the ensemble is a young, multiethnic representation of the MTV generation.
