About This Show

Iraq: Speaking of War, a ritual documentary-drama with music, tells the untold story of the first two years of the war – from the inside, in the words of Iraqi civilians, U.S. soldiers, mothers and unembedded journalists. Ancient Greek historian Thucydides provides commentary and harpist Nina Kellman performs “Litany” by Milos Raikovich. In addition, Kellman premieres Raikovich’s new piece, “Baghdad,” also for the harp.
