The Temporary Theatre Ensemble presents Into the Silences, a lyrical exploration of the think line between the psychological and the parapsychological. A depressed, alienated individual, Norman, becomes increasingly consumed by the moon and plagued by maddening cosmic questions, urged on by supernatural forces (who may or may not be just inside his head). Directed by Kenneth Collins, the production uses masks, voice-over, and sculpted movement. It follows a non-linear and poetic script, assembled from various deconstructed texts, to bring the viewer inside the world of Norman’s head.
