Drops

Choreographer Aya Shibahara returns to the theatre where her last evening-length work, re, was named Fringiest Show of the 2003 New York International Fringe Festival. This time Shibahara presents five indelible, dance theatre vignettes, loosely connected by the idea that what we lose is what we gain. Drops was commissioned by The Opera and Dance Chamber Theater and is performed to live & recorded original music by musicians Peter Rosenblatt and Glen Fittin.
