About This Show

A woman’s son comes home from school bringing with him a list of English idioms from his language arts class; a document entitled Index to Idioms. His mother decides to tell the story of her life in a woman’s body, a body belonging only partially to her, using each idiom as a title for one of the chapters. Deb Margolin reads more from her performance novel, Index to Idioms.
