American Maccabee

About the Show

American Maccabee is set in 1995–before Rabin’s assassination and before suicide bombings were an every day occurence. It explores the impact of terrorism on an American Jewish family as they come together to celebrate the first night of Hanukkah. When a recently divorced man brings together his estranged wife and two sons to celebrate, he discovers that his younger son, who has spent the last year in Israel, has become part of a group of militant extremists.

There is no performances on Sunday, June 30 at 7:00pm.
