The Jazz Foundation of America honors Ann Johns Ruckert. Ruckert has produced, played and/or sung on over 3,000 commercially released recordings, including national jingles for Luvs Diapers, the Burlington Coat Factory, Chevrolet, Mazda and C&S Bank. She has worked with Michel LeGrand, Barbra Streisand, Aretha Franklin, Merry Clayton, Sarah Dash, Quincy Jones, T Rex, and The Strawbs, and has been the musical coordinator for major motion pictures and TV soundtracks, such as Housesitter with Steve Martin and Goldie Hawn, Boys On The Side with Whoopie Goldberg, and Lovesick with Dudley Moore.
