About This Show

In The Cataract, the mighty Mississippi serves as a powerful backdrop where dreams converge with sexual tension, and desire floods the carefully laid landscape of two upstanding Midwesterners after they take in a vagabond Southern couple. Set in Minneapolis at the turn of the 20th century, The Cataract fuses the natural elements of wind, water, wood and stone to the interiors of its characters.
Katie Pearl directs.
