NYC Podfest with Keith and The Girl

Popular podcasters Keith and The Girl will tape an episode in front of a live audience at Fontana’s for the 2nd annual NYC Podfest.

Podcasting since 2005, Keith Malley and Chemda (“The Girl”), are considered the trailblazers of the medium and co-authored THE ULTIMATE PODCASTING GUIDE, a how-to bible for anyone interested in podcasting. Comedian Marc Maron credits them for the launching of his WTF! podcast, calling them “the original podcast people.”

Now the “original podcast people” Keith and The Girl take the show on the road to Fontana’s for a live broadcast as part of NYC Podfest, a two-day festival highlighting the best of New York City’s podcasting medium.

After the taping, Keith and Chemda will each tell a story on Risk!, an uncensored show and podcast hosted by Kevin Allison of the comedy group The State. The storytelling show will also feature Godfrey (Comedy Central, 30 Rock) and Alex Edelman (BBC) telling tales they never thought they’d dare to share.
