Footloose

Footloose, the popular 1980s movie, is now a stage musical featuring music and lyrics by Tom Snow and Dean Pitchford. Ren McCormack moves with his mother from Chicago to the small town of Bomont, where dancing is banned and strict Reverend Shaw Moore controls town politics. As Ren inspires the other teenagers to challenge authority, songs include “Footloose,” “Let’s Hear it for the Boy,” “Holding Out for a Hero,” and “Almost Paradise.”

The preview peformance on Thursday, July 18 takes place at 7:30pm.
