About the Show
O. Henry’s classic short story is told as a one act opera with music and libretto by Peter Eckstrom. The Gift of the Magi is holiday entertainment the entire family can enjoy. The role of Della will be sung by Megan King and Aaron Burns will sing the role of Jim. Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and goodies are served at the first performance. The Second performance is accompanied by a wine, hors d’oeuvre and dessert reception, with a silent auction.
