About the Show

Loosely based on a play by Aristophanes, HeartBEAT intertwines the vibrant languages of classic Greek theatre and the poetry of the street with “step” dance, rhythm and song. This original play with music provides moving and humorous accounts of the battles between love and hate that our young people face daily.
