The Theatre Company of Rhode Island continues its 25th season with Neil Simon’s classic comedy, The Odd Couple. One of Broadway’s funniest and winner of a Tony Award for Best Play when it opened in 1965. Felix has just been thrown out by his wife. With nowhere else to go, he is urged by his good friend, Oscar, to move in with him. Oscar is a disorganized, casual, incurable slob and Felix is an uptight, neat and neurotic control freak. This hilarious tale of mismatched buddies has more big laughs than Manhattan has hot dog vendors. There’s nothing odd about the non-stop laughter in The Odd Couple!
