Avner The Eccentric’s Exceptions to Gravity

Master Clown Avner Eisenberg, is the silent comic best known as the lovable holy man, the “Jewel,” in The Jewel of the Nile co-starring Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner. The New York Times said Eisenberg “very nearly steals the film,” with a performance that USA Today says “recalls the young Peter Sellers in his best British comedies.” He brings his hilarious show, Avner the Eccentric to The Lyric Stage Company.
