Three-time Pulitzer Prize winner Edward Albee’s most daring and controversial play since Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, The Goat won four major awards for best new play of the year in 2002. It concerns an architect who — in the same week that he has received an international prize, won a lucrative contract and celebrated his 50th birthday — is forced to confess to his wife and son that he’s involved in a relationship that may destroy his marriage, his career and his life. Artistic Director Ryan Rilette directs this Louisiana premiere.
