Box the Pony & White Baptist Abba Fan

These two one-woman shows are presented together as part of the Heads Up Australia Arts 100 Festival to celebrate the centenary of the Australian Federation in London.
Box the Pony is Leah Purcell’s play in which an Aboriginal girl grows up in a family of boxing champions.
White Baptist Abba Fan features Deborah Cheetham in her own play about being raised in a white Baptist family before she leaves them to pursue the life of a Koori opera singer.
Box the Pony plays at 7:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and at 9:00 on Friday and Saturday. White Baptist Abba Fan plays at 9:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30.
