About This Show

If All the World were Paper is inspired by the centuries-old nursery rhyme:
If all the world were paper,
And all the sea were ink,
If all the trees
Were bread and cheese,
What should we do for drink? In If All the World were Paper, there is no limit to what can happen. The show follows the journey of Paper Girl from her birth as a string of paper cut-outs, to the bottom of the sea of ink, to a colorful jungle island. This interactive musical constantly engages each of its young audience members; they whisper secrets into a paper bag, feed a huge paper bird, and fan Paper Girl’s airplane through the sky. Produced in collaboration with D’Oily Cart of London, If All the World were Paper promises to be an imaginative delight.
