Monday After the Miracle

William Gibson’s sequel to his triumphant play, The Miracle Worker gets its regional premiere, thanks to The Morrison Theatre Company. The extraordinary story of Helen Keller and her teacher Anne Sullivan picks up when Helen is in her 20’s and writing her autobiography. The idealistic young editor John Macy enters the womens’ lives to edit Helen’s book. When Macy falls in love with Anne, it complicates the relationship between the celebrated teacher and her famous student.
