In suburban Philadelphia, rampant with the marriage flu, Disengaged follows the completely fabricated story of a man who inherits his “dead before death” aunt’s bridal salon, debt-bloated and in the family loins since 1787. The show barges into truth, proving that there’s no better place to play emotional bumpber cars than inside the engagement ring. Part of the San Francisco Fringe Festival.
