The Rocky Horror Show

Directed by Susan Stratton, Southwestern College’s Rocky Horror Show brings to the stage the talents of veteran local actor Ruff Yeager and his son Geoffrey. The story is ridiculously simple. It just introduces a young couple whose car breaks down near an ominous dark castle. When they go there for help, they’re sucked into the eccentric world of transvestite Dr. Frank ‘N Furter and his bizarre collection of servants and friends. Complete with sass from the audience, cascading toilet paper and an array of other audience participation props, this deliberately kitschy rock ‘n’ roll sci-fi gothic is more fun than ever.
