The story of China’s First Emperor is the subject of the new musical Terracotta Warriors which combines music, dance, martial arts action sequences, epic sets and lavish costumes to tell a story of power and lust, battles and conquest, and of betrayal and forbidden passion. Described as an Action-Musical for its use of an extraordinary physical velocity and virtuosity of movement developed over thousands of years of Chinese culture, Terracotta Warriors is written and directed by Dennis K. Law, to an original score by Hao Wei Ya, and produced by Sight, Sound and Action.
