Terra Nova is Ted Tally’s dramatization of the final journey of English Anarctic Explorer Captain Robert Falcon Scott. The events of the story surround the 1911-12 five man British Polar Expedition led by Scott and their endeavors to beat Norwegian Roald Amundsen to the South Pole. This dream-like play unfolds in the mind of Captain Scott as he struggles with questions of existence the nature of leadership and his motives for taking this journey.
