Taming of the Shrew (aka: Cur!)

Los Angeles Drama Club (The Country’s Youngest Shakespeare Troupe) brings a subversive twist to this already controversial comedy. In a post-feminist era, our generation has turned sexism on its head, as the troupe performs Shrew with all the genders flipped. Katarina the Shrew is Jackamino (the Cur!) and pretty, meek Bianca is “nice guy” Ladies’ Man, Bianco – who has all the girlfriends a hottie could ask for.
