Counting For Thunder

Counting For Thunder relates the story of an aspiring writer confronted with the news of his mother being diagnosed with Stage Four lung cancer and moving back to his home town, lower Peach Tree, in Alabama to take care of her. What follows is Phillip Irwin’s hilarious and touching journey as he portrays twenty-three different characters and confronts the many life altering experiences as he passionately attempts to bring his mother down the path of remission.
