About This Show

Based on his own short story, Tony Abatemarco tells the tale of a teenage boy’s search for sexual identity during the years 1965-1969 in rural Long Island, New York. A secret affair with his best friend’s older brother has dire consequences. The historical coming-out melee known as Stonewall provides an eleventh-hour solution to one boy’s dilemma as he leaves for college in Boston.
