Sunday Salon: Día de muertos – De costa a costa

MAZarte dance company is proud to present FROM COAST TO COAST: a celebration of rich, colorful, and joyful regions in Mexico. The dances, outfits, and music will take you west to east, emphasizing the cross-cultural influences that are inherent to Mexican dance. We move from the Latin American influences that traveled up the Pacific coast to the dialogue of European and indigenous dance in the central states to the Afro-Caribbean impact on the coastal rhythms of the Gulf of Mexico.

The event serves as showcase of MAZarte members’ growth and accomplishments over the last year.  At the same time, the event’s highlighting the roots and expanse of Mexican dance enables community-wide participation in the Day of the Dead celebration. 

To enhance security and improve efficiency, the Bronx Music Hall is now a cashless venue. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay
