The cast will perform, and the show will also include behind-the-scenes footage and interviews. The show's creator, Ryan Murphy, will also appear on the program.
As previously reported, cast members from the hit FOX TV show will also tour the country in May, including four concerts at New York City's Radio City Music Hall.
