Christopher Sieber to Join Broadway’s Chicago in March

Christopher Sieber will assume the role of Billy Flynn in the Broadway production of Chicago, playing at the Ambassador Theatre, beginning on March 8 and continuing through March 25. He will be stepping in for Brent Barrett, who will end his current run on March 7 and then, rejoin the show on March 26.

Sieber received Tony nominations for Shrek the Musical and Monty Python’s Spamalot. His additional Broadway credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie, Triumph of Love, as well as previous appearances in Chicago.

Chicago has been directed by Walter Bobbie and choreographed by Ann Reinking. The creative team includes John Lee Beatty (scenic design), William Ivey Long (costume design), Ken Billington (lighting design), and Scott Lehrer (sound design).

During Sieber’s run in the show, the company will also feature Bianca Marroquin as Roxie Hart, Leigh Zimmerman as Velma Kelly, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart and Roz Ryan as Matron “Mama” Morton.
