Brother, Can You Spare a Dime? to Return to Triad for Open-Ended Run
The show is told through 24 songs and actual first-hand accounts from The Great Depression era. The revue paints the emotions of a country in economic turmoil and how the music of Hollywood and Tin Pan Alley reflected the commonality of Americans and asked us to look toward better times.
The show originally played the venue this past spring, and returns with the entire cast intact. It will feature Daugherty alongside Alexander Elisa, Christina Morrell, Jennafer Newberry, Deborah Tranelli, and Morgan West.
Doyle Newmyer serves as musical director with John Loehrke on bass and Spiff Wiegand on guitar. The production team will also include lighting designer John Anselmo, Jr., and sound designer Tonya Pierre.For more information, visit www.triadnyc.com.
