Waitress Welcomes Joey McIntyre and Eddie Jemison

The two incoming stars of Waitress met the press at Sardi's on January 29. Joey McIntyre joins the cast as Dr. Pomatter on February 4; while Eddie Jemison, who played Ogie in Adrienne Shelly's original 2007 screen version, joins the company to reprise his performance beginning February 11.
Waitress opened at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on April 24, 2016, earning Tony nominations for Best Musical and Best Original Score. The musical features music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles, a book by Jessie Nelson, and direction by Diane Paulus.
