Broadway's Three Tall Women Adds Additional Performance on Closing Night

An additional performance of Edward Albee's Three Tall Women has been added on its closing day, Sunday, June 24. The show will take place at 7pm at the Golden Theatre and will finish off the play's limited engagement.

Directed by two-time Tony winner Joe Mantello, the production stars two-time Academy Award winner Glenda Jackson, three-time Emmy Award winner Laurie Metcalf, and Tony Award nominee Alison Pill. Jackson and Metcalf received 2018 Outer Critics Circle Awards for their performances, as well as Tony and Drama Desk Award nominations. The production is nominated for six Tonys, including Best Revival of a Play.

The play opened at the Vineyard Theatre in 1994 and won the Pulitzer Prize as well as the New York Drama Critics Circle, Lucille Lortel, and Outer Critics Circle Awards for Best Play. This production has scenic design by Miriam Buether, costume design by Ann Roth, and lighting design by Brian MacDevitt.
